Mrs. Robin Gage, RN - Vice Chair Robin has been a Emergency Room RN since 1994. She has served as the Trauma Coordinator at Titus Regional Medical Center since December 2005. Robin is an active member of th Injury Prevention/Pediatric/Education Committee, as well as involved in promoting injury prevention in schools and the community. Robin is married with 2 adult children,

Mr. Mark Mallory, RN, LP, MS - Hospital Preparedness Chair Mark is a founding member of NETRAC when it was formed in the early 1990s. Mark is a past chairperson, and currently the vice-chair of NETRAC. Mark is currently the Director of Emergency Medical Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation at Titus Regional Medical Center. He has an AAS in Nursing and Emergency Medicine, a BA in Nursing and Business and a MS in Management. Mark is married and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren. |

Mr. Norman Prewitt, Treasurer Norman is the Emergency Management Coordinator for Christus St Michael in Texarkana. Norman was the Director of Safety Services at Wadley Regional Medical Center for 20 years. He is retired from the Texarkana Texas Fire Department as Fire Prevention Officer. He is married to wife Kim and has 8 grand children.

Mrs. Vornetta Compton, RN - Secretary Vornetta has worked for St Michael since 2006 working in the PCU,ED & ICU, and is now the Trauma Coordinator since May 2010. She moved to Texarkana from Dallas in 2003, and graduated LVN school in 2000 from Trinity Valley Community College. Vornetta graduated with RN in 2006 from Trinity Valley Community College and BSN in 2009 from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. She is currently enrolled in the MSN program at Texas A&M University-Texarkana. Vornetta is married with 2 sons and 1 stepson. |

Russell Thrasher, LP - Director of IT (contract) Russell is a Licensed Paramedic with the City of Paris. He has been in EMS for 13 years, and in IT/MIS since 1984. He is the WebEOC Administrator for the netwebeoc.org WebEOC Server serving NE Texas. Russell is also involved in Statewide Emergency Management including certifications in Ambulance Staging, Medical Incident Support Team, Ambulance Strike Team Leader and is a member of TX4 DMAT. Russell also serves on the WebEOC Blue Team Advisory board and represents EMS at GETAC. He has been married for 23 years and has three kids - Andrew 21, Matthew 18 and Alison 13.
